19 August, 2025

The Shopping Centre CUP , located in Vilnius central business district, is undergoing a revamp. As the variety of tenants grows, the range of services on offer is expanding. The aim is to better meet the needs of city residents and office workers and to strengthen the competitiveness of the shopping centre.

Fast-food restaurant KFC will be opened in the former premises of “Pigu.lt”

“Having analysed our visitors’ needs and the buyer profile, we are purposefully expanding the range of services and increasing the variety of sports and catering services by collaborating with well-known brands. These changes allow our customers to save time even more effectively and conveniently access all the most important services under one roof,” says Ona Nevinskienė, Manager of the Shopping Centre CUP .

According to O. Nevinskienė, the shopping centre is focusing increasingly not only on traditional retail, but also on catering, sports and wellness services. This is also reflected in changes among the tenants – new brands focused on an active lifestyle and leisure are moving into the premises previously occupied by other businesses.

Laura Linartaitė, KFC Marketing Manager for the Baltic States, says that the opening of the restaurant in the shopping centre is a part of a consistent expansion strategy in the Baltic States, aimed at being closer to customers in all key urban locations . The restaurant, which is set to open in January, seeks to become a favourite choice for office workers, families and those spending their leisure time near the White Bridge.
