The CUP CEO: we are growing because we know what the customer needs and what we can do ourselves
The CUP, a constantly renewing Vilnius shopping centre that has grown steadily in the post-pandemic period, is reviewing a marked improvement in its operating results. In 2023, visitor flows grew by 15% compared to 2022, while the total lessee turnover grew by 19% over the same period. This is explained by far-sighted solutions, taking into account the growing needs of visitors, their changing habits, and the balanced services offered to a modern metropolitan resident.
Compared to 2019, turnover grew by 42%
“Our success has been built on investment in modernity, the concept of services for people living and working in the city centre, family-friendly services, a good understanding of our key visitors and solutions based on our vision for the future. Today, we can only be happy that over the last few years we have managed to build a community of lessees that are also looking in the same direction,” says Ona Nevinskienė, the manager of the CUP shopping centre.
