UAB Prosperitas Baltica, which manages the capital's Shopping Centre (SC) CUP, earned a net profit of Eur 1.16 million in 2022, which is twice as much as in 2021, when the net profit amounted to Eur 584 980, according to the company's financial report submitted to the Centre of Registers (CR).
Ona Nevinskienė, General Director of Prosperitas Baltica, tells VŽ that 2022 was the first year after COVID-19 when discounts were no longer necessary to secure the lessees activity.
