"Several years ago, we already appreciated the potential of this geographic location of the capital, which we tried to exploit step by step, both in planning investment projects and in selecting lessees according to refined criteria. While many other shopping centres were doing their best to keep visitors inside as long as possible, we did the opposite – we focused on quick shopping, a wide range of services, outdoor spaces, invested in image and renovation of the premises," says Ona Nevinskienė, the CEO of the CUP Shopping Centre.
