To mark the Vilnius Pink Soup Fest, the restaurants and cafés at the Shopping Centre CUP have prepared a particularly gourmet and exceptionally generous PINK SOUP menu!
Pink surprises inspire stylish discoveries in Vero Cafe:
“Pink Soup Latte” – the boldest sip of the festival! When pink soup meets coffee – a flavour revolution is born! This pink latte with subtle details is like a flavour adventure. But there’s no need to be afraid – one sip and you’ll understand why! A cold, refreshing and utterly Instagrammable latte that you can only try during the festival and only at “Vero Cafe”!
“Benedict Eggs in a Pink Cloud”. A classic Eggs Benedict with a twist – served with a delicate, pink sauce inspired by the legendary colour of pink soup. The taste is just like summer in Vilnius: refreshing, playful and unforgettable! Look for it on the 3rd floor of the Shopping Centre CUP from 25 May.
“Pink Sloth” isn’t just a dessert – it’s the star of the festival! Sweet, crunchy and mysteriously pink – made with love and a rosy spirit. The perfect festival treat!
No. 56 “Pink Soup Roll” – the star of the cold soup festival, available only in Sushi City at the Shopping Centre CUP, on the 1st floor! It’s a flavour journey between Japan and a pink Lithuanian masterpiece. Hidden inside this bright pink roll are juicy prawns, Japanese omelette, cucumber and cream cheese, topped with soft cream dots and fresh spring onions. Look out for this gourmet masterpiece from 25 to 31 May.
Charlie Pizza will serve pink specialities on the 5th floor from 29–31 May in a fresh, gourmet and aromatic style:
“Pink Fest Mood” pizza. Silky mozzarella and tangy feta, served with sweet boiled beetroot and homemade basil pesto sauce. This colourful festival dish is garnished with quail’s eggs and aromatic fresh dill – created to delight your eyes and palate.
“Pink Fest Mood” salad. A refreshing summer inspiration on your plate! Crisp lettuce leaves and cucumbers meet delicately marinated boiled beetroot and feta cheese. This combination of flavours is balanced by a fragrant herb dressing, whilst quail eggs, sprinkled with fresh spring onions and dill, add a touch of elegance. A true Pink Fest mood!
“Pink Fest Mood” cold beetroot soup. Discover the perfectly balanced flavour of this Lithuanian summer classic. Our cold beetroot soup is made from boiled beetroot, kefir, crisp cucumbers, spring onions and fresh dill. Served with sour cream, boiled eggs and fried baby potatoes.
