To mark the Vilnius Pink Soup Fest, the restaurants and cafés at the Shopping Centre CUP have prepared a particularly gourmet and exceptionally generous PINK SOUP MENU!
Manami takes an exotic look at the pink theme – head up to the 5th floor of the Shopping Centre CUP to experience it:
“Pink Chia Dragon” – an exotic dessert made with chia seeds. A light cream of coconut milk and Greek yoghurt, flavoured with chia seeds and sweet icing sugar. Served with refreshing pieces of dragon fruit and fragrant fresh mint.
“Pink Soup Wasabi” – an Asian twist on pink soup! Refreshing boiled beetroot, kefir, gherkins and spring onions, seasoned with spicy Japanese horseradish (wasabi) cream. Served with a boiled egg and golden fried potatoes.
The newly opened Mexican restaurant Rooftop Guacamole Terrace on the rooftop of the Shopping Centre CUP invites you to try cold-soup-inspired pink “taco” snacks and enjoy stunning views of Vilnius Old Town.
In Grill London on the 3rd floor, classic cold beetroot soup is served, and you choose the potatoes: fried potato wedges/boats/straws/croquettes, fried sweet potatoes, or perhaps mashed potatoes or potato pancakes? You probably won’t find a wider selection of potatoes to accompany your cold beetroot soup anywhere else!
In Caif Cafe on the ground floor, some exceptionally special pink treats await you: the refreshing “Iced Pink Soup Latte”, the exotically flavoured “Iced Pink Soup Chai” and the distinctive “Pink Soup Chai Latte”, all perfectly complemented by delicious pink cinnamon.
Meanwhile, a river of pink grapefruit lemonade will be flowing in the restaurant KFC – a refreshing treat during the funny Pink Soup Festival! From 29–31 May, anyone spending EUR 15 or more at the KFC restaurant on the 1st floor of the Shopping Centre CUP will be treated to a pink grapefruit lemonade (0.3 l).
