On 9 February, at 12:00-14:00, you are invited to drawing of “wishes” on 3D printed parts (WILDBEES), 3D printing of demonstration parts on the 4th floor of CUP SC.
WILDBEES – 3D printing volunteers, united for a common purpose, will talk about 3D printers and their possibilities. And together they will invite you to take part in an engaging educational activity – drawing of “wishes” on printed parts. An interesting historical detail – the practice of drawing wishes to soldiers on various military munitions dates back as far as 2000 years. Explosives marked with certain symbols were like a message of support for troops. And although there is little chance that the soldiers will ever see this message, the moral contribution to the outcome of the war motivated people to send these “messages” to the enemies.
